Reminders
Nudge without nagging.
Reach employees who have funded credits but have not booked recently. Reminders are supportive by design — they never shame, rank or report an individual's activity to their manager without an explicit escalation rule.

Why supportive wording matters
- Name what is available, not what was missed.
- Give one easy first step rather than the whole catalogue.
- Never compare an employee to colleagues or a department average.
- Always make it clear that opting out has no consequence.
Rule summary
After 30 days without a booking, send a encouraging email fortnightly, up to 3 times a quarter, outside 20:00–08:00 and never at weekends. Managers are never notified.
Demo behaviour. Saving stores these rules locally in this browser and no message is delivered. Production connects to the LyfeGo email and SMS delivery service with per-employee consent and opt-out records.
